CAGS Monthly Meeting

Guest speaker will be author Mark Johnson, talking about his debut novel and how he came to write it. Changing Trains will transport you back to the 1980s, and one working class boy's coming-of-age journey of discovery and sexual self-awareness.After a busy week in the newsroom, editor Sam is looking forward to relaxing on his regular Eurostar journey from London to his second home in the south west of France.

CAGS Walk / Picnic

Matthew will lead a walk from East Croydon station (booking hall) at 10.00.Maximum of 6 miles with some gentle hills. Picnic lunch at end so bring some food and drink.Probably Tram to New Addington then walk via Finkelhole? onto Farleigh Common (Pub there) then bus back to Croydon.

LGBT History Month Civic Launch Event 2018

in the presence of the Mayor of Croydon, Councillor Toni Letts, and featuring performances from local singer Katie Rose, Croydon jazz diva Gill Manly, LGBT cabaret artist Mark Bunyan, and the Rainbows Across Borders Chorus.
