Croydon PrideFest was celebrated on 28 August 2016 with a parade through Croydon Town Centre, and a festival with entertainment and stalls in Surrey Street.
Parade down North End, led by Rainbows Across Borders (parade assembles 12:30 pm near Marks & Spencer) for 1.30 start. parading through North End : Cross the Tramway to enter the High Street & then turn first right into Surrey Street. The Parade will be greeted by the Mayor (who might double up by also Parading). The Festival Staged events with stalls will take place in Surrey Street with a children’s play space in Kennedy’s Yard.Festival in Surrey Street with stalls, food, drink, etc, and entertainment by Topping and Butch and other acts.
