Our role, to gain experiences and feedback to those who run services, has never been more important. Hear about our achievements in 2016-17 and our future plans. Guest speaker: The Mayor of Croydon, Cllr Toni Letts, will talk about the importance of the citizens’ voice in health and social care delivery. You will also see a launch demonstration of our new way to review services.
