A celebratory event to mark 100 years since women won the right to vote. With guest speakers, entertainment, sparkling wine and cakes, and the chance to meet and network with inspirational women. Tickets can be obtained from EventBrite or names emailed directly to email@example.com.

Afterwards Malcolm and the SLG group will take us on a tour of the Croydon Museum, at the Clocktower, Katherine Street, Croydon CR9 1ET. Admission is free. Not eating ? Leave the pub by 1.40pm to be on time for the walk which starts at 1.55pm outside Crystal Palace Station and ends at North Dulwich station. A pleasant GSWG walk that takes in Crystal Palace Park, a disused railway line and Dulwich Park. 4.5 miles, The walk is undulating and might be muddy. A stop for tea/coffee in Dulwich Park cafe.

A reading event at Dulwich Library to to celebrate LGBT History Month and forty years of GAW, and in memory of GAW member Rex Batten on his 90th birthday. To include an introduction to Gay Authors Workshop and Paradise Press and Rex’s contribution to them, readings from Rex’s work, and short readings by other GAW members. It is hoped to provide refreshments.
