Art Lester is the Minister of Croydon Unitarian Church. An American by birth, he has lived and worked in many different countries, including Botswana, the Dominican Republic, Kenya, Ireland and Spain. He has been a restaurateur, clown, fire tower guard, counsellor, village level teacher of agriculture, bartender and group facilitator. Along the way he has written and published widely. His talk, entitled "Thank God I'm an Agnostic", examined the parallels between being a Unitarian and the LGBT struggle for acceptance.
